This is a poem I wrote a while ago....called "The Maker". Hope it brightens your day=-)

 The Maker’s fingertips,
 Can cause the sky to storm, 
 The Maker’s fingertips, 
 They make the oceans roar, \
And all around me now, 
 Fast falls the pouring rain--
 Please touch me as I bow,
 And make me new again. 

 When I am alone at night, 
 Surround me with your love,
 And hold me tight… 

 And after wild storms, 
 He’ll touch the heavens’ brow, 
 And cause the storm to cease, 
 And bring a soft rain-bow.

 So stop imagining, 
 That He is far away, 
 Up in the heavens still— 
No, He’s with us every day. 
 And as our colors show, 
 Displaying His image, 
 Then let us all fall down, 
 And proclaim His awesomeness.

To God, we're like His stars in the heavens, pointing to Him, telling His story. Shine bright! "No one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden, or under a bowl.
